How soon does Exotic India ship your order?Shipping Time
We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 days, while express options are available at checkout.

When will my order get delivered?Delivery Time
Once your order is shipped, it should get delivered within 5–6 days PAN India. For Express orders, the delivery time is within 2 days.
Can I return my statue?Return Policy
You have 7 days to return your items if you're not satisfied. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Will I get my refund?Refund Policy
Once your order is returned and has safely reached us without damage, your refund will be processed within 1–3 days.
Is my order insured?Insurance Policy
All orders are sent insured. Claims are provided if the shipment is lost or damaged during transit.
Are brass statues hollow or solid?About the Craft
Brass statues are made through a process of clay casting, hence are hollow. Whereas panchaloha bronze statues are made through a process of lost-wax casting, hence they are solid.
